Gingrich votes 'hold' challenges

Newt Gingrich returned to the campaign trail Sunday, promising to "withstand the challenges" and continue fighting for the Republican nomination.

Gingrich was determined in his speech to the Republican Jewish coalition in Los Angeles, his first appearance since 16 of its senior staff resigned last Thursday.

But most of the speech, scheduled prior to refurbishment of campaign of last week, offered a scorching criticism of the foreign policy of Obama, especially to Israel and the Middle East.

"Must reverse dangerous administration Obama of inconsistency and accommodation policies and instead implement a foreign policy that is clear about the evil that we face," said Gingrich, according to The Associated Press.

He made only a superficial mention of defection of staff and his campaign Rocky roll-out, saying "I know very well the rigors of a campaign for public office - in fact, I have had some recent notices."

After a tweet of the Group's executive director, buzz on the discourse principle was that Gingrich used to announce the pollster Frank Luntz as his new campaign manager. Soon after, Lutz said that it was not any truth to this and admitted that it had been floating the idea himself for the sake of your own advertising.

After the speech, Gingrich took some questions from journalists and television cameras. Asked if it was a viable candidate, Gingrich responded that only "go ask the voters".

Gingrich will participate in the CNN New Hampshire debate on Monday night and will attend the Conference of Republican leadership in New Orleans on Thursday, a call of livestock for candidates that also includes a survey.
